The ideal candidate will have CRO experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a matrix, virtual environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of site contracting experience in CRO or related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Attention to detail and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate site agreements including clinical study, service, and related documents.
• Ensure documents comply with laws, regulations, and ICH‑GCP.
• Coordinate contract execution and obtain required signatures.
• Maintain contract records and archives.
• Provide guidance on contracting matters to study teams.
