Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Leader to drive delivery of global studies across initiation, execution and close-out phases. You will provide mentorship to clinical operations leaders and coordinate with sponsor teams to ensure timelines and quality.

In this role you will oversee study plans, vendor relationships, risk management and process improvements, while maintaining compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and Parexel SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven clinical experience or CRO management experience.
• Experience leading clinical trials and teams.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
