Job summary

Parexel APEX International Co., Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support site management, TMF maintenance, and study documentation within an international team. You will assist with site staff access to vendor systems and ensure timely document handling and training completion.

In this role you will coordinate site File printing/shipment, support material shipments, and assist in investigator payments while collaborating with CRAs and study teams to keep trials on track.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical trials is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CTMS/EDMS and TMF is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site staff access to vendor systems.
• Coordinate Investigator's Site File printing and shipment.
• Support material/equipment shipment to sites.
• Provide data to clinical project leadership (e.g., investigator availability).
• Assist with TMF maintenance and EDL updates; help resolve quality issues.
• Follow up on pending documents and actions across sites and teams.
• Support investigator payments and CTMS updates.
• Ensure adherence to study timelines and required trainings.
