Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations, staffing, and safety compliance across the site in Malaysia. You will coordinate activities with supervisors, technicians, contractors, and suppliers, ensure maintenance and utilities run smoothly, and uphold strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, planning manpower, tracking progress, addressing issues, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years site operations experience in construction.
• CIDB Green Card is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily site operations across the site.
• Ensure site staffing, organization and operation at all times.
• Conduct daily site inspections and address safety and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare manpower schedules, shift arrangements, and allocate resources.
• Oversee safety culture and ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
• Review progress, address delays, and maintain accurate records.
