Job summary

Bandar Utama City Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Clerk to assist Project Manager in planning, organizing, documentation, and monitoring site issues during construction and post-handover customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining receipts/records for materials, organizing documentation, clerical duties, registering drawings and distributing to contractors, and managing staff leave and daily wage, with tasks allocated by management.

Qualifications

SPM or Diploma in any field.
At least 3 years experience in related field of this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in planning, organizing, documentation, monitor and follow up all issues during construction and after hand over customer service process.
Maintain receipts, records and delivery orders for materials/machinery/tools.
Organize the documentation and file it into the respective filing.
Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
Register all drawings and re-distribute to respective contractors.
Manage staff leave and daily wage.
Work tasks as allocated by management or supervisor.
