Job summary

MAJUHOME Concept, Malaysia’s largest premium furniture solutions provider, seeks an organized administrator to support stock, cashier checks, and daily operations in USJ, Subang Jaya. The role involves data entry, order validation, and after-sales coordination to ensure smooth store performance.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of administration experience, be proficient in MS Word/Excel, and willing to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification, Diploma, or Professional Certificate.
• At least 2 years experience in administration.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check cashier’s daily reporting, edit orders, cancellations, sales approvals and postings without delay.
• Prepare daily incoming stock and ensure stock received matches PO.
• Monitor outstanding payments, uncollected orders, and related sales matters.
• Ensure price tags are displayed for new arrivals and replenishments.
• Respond promptly to emails and acknowledgments.
• Maintain storeroom upkeep and organize stock by shelf numbers.
• Keep stock cards up to date.
• Assist with after-sales service matters.
• Process all items in and out of the branch per company policy.

Job Descriptions:

• To check cashier’s Daily Reporting, edit order, cancellation, sales approval & posting with no delay.
• To prepare Daily incoming stock and ensure that stock received from supplier match with our PO.
• Daily checking on outstanding sales-related matters such as outstanding payment from the customer, uncollected OC, unapproved SO, outstanding undelivered SO.
• To ensure price tag has displayed for new arrival/replenishment upon installation and display immediately with no delay.
• To ensure all email checks, reply & acknowledge promptly.
• To maintain storeroom upkeep & all stocks are kept according to shelf numbers.
• To ensure all stock card is up to date.
• To assist after-sales service matter.
• To ensure that all items IN and Out from the Branch is as per company policy.
• Any other job assignments required by your superior and/or the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification, Diploma, Professional Certificate.
• At least 2 years experience in administration.
• Possess excellent computer skills such as Internet, Email, Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Meticulous and details oriented person.
