• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural works.
• Monitor workmanship quality, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with local standards (CIDB, DOSH, local authorities).
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and propose technical solutions.
• Assist in planning work sequences, scheduling resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Verify materials delivered to site, ensure proper installation, and maintain quality records.
• Support the project manager in managing project timelines, cost control, and technical coordination.
• Ensure all safety procedures are enforced and participate in toolbox briefings and site safety audits.
• Solve on-site technical issues promptly and professionally.
