Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd is seeking an Architecture Coordinator (Construction Site) to assist the General Manager in planning and executing building construction projects. The role involves daily coordination of construction activities, development of project plans including QA and health & safety plans, and analysis of RFI responses with change order monitoring.

Responsibilities include generating progress reports, site visits to assess progress, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring subcontractor

Qualifications

• Degree in related field.
• At least 2 years relevant experience (high rise).

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and executing building construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities on a daily basis.
• Develop project plans including QA and health and safety plans.
• Analyze RFI responses and monitor and process change orders.
• Provide administrative assistance to GM when needed.
• Analyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.
• Generate construction progress reports and update the work progress for management.
• Visit project site to evaluate work progress and respond to client concerns or questions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure our construction teams have the materials needed.
• Communicate with site superintendent about delays and other issues that must be communicated to clients.
• Ensure the work quality of subcontractors meets the requirements.
• Attend project meetings with client and monthly site meetings with subcontractors.
• Draft, submit and track all RFIs and distribute to project team as appropriate.
• Collect and distribute coordination drawings from appropriate subcontractors.
