Job summary
China Construction Engineering (S.E.A) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Site Supervision Assistant to oversee on-site architectural activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and quality standards.
You will read drawings, support QC procedures, and coordinate with PMs and subcontractors to maintain progress and safety. Gain hands-on experience in construction management, with guidance from senior engineers. Effective communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is valued for site
Qualifications
- Assist in day-to-day supervision of architectural works on-site to follow project plans and quality standards.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and technical docs to guide construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day supervision of construction activities on-site.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose solutions to stay on schedule.
- Participate in quality control inspections and document deviations with corrective actions.
- Review drawings and documents to ensure accurate construction execution.
- Enforce safety regulations on site and promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily site reports detailing activities, progress, issues, and resolutions.
