Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Administrator based at Genting Highlands to manage CLQ operations and ensure smooth accommodation services. You will maintain occupancy data, coordinate room assignments and transfers, and address worker concerns with appropriate follow-up actions.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely emergency response support when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in worker accommodation, dormitory, hostel, or CLQ administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve worker concerns professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative systems.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ) and ensure smooth accommodation management.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records, including worker check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, transfers, and vacancies.
• Handle worker complaints related to accommodation, facilities, and welfare, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant parties.
• Support emergency response procedures and assist in resolving accommodation-related incidents.
