Job summary

Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Administrator based at Genting Highlands to oversee the daily operations of the Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ) and ensure smooth accommodation management for workers.

You will maintain occupancy records, handle check-ins/outs, room assignments, transfers and vacancies, and resolve accommodation-related complaints in coordination with facilities, welfare teams and site management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Experience in worker accommodation or CLQ admin preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ).
• Maintain occupancy records: check-ins/outs, room assignments, transfers, vacancies.
• Handle worker complaints and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support emergency response procedures and assist in incident resolution.
