REDPYNE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Site Acquisition Specialist to lead site development, including leasing, permitting and land-use processing for telecom infrastructure. You will identify viable sites, liaise with landlords and authorities, and coordinate with engineering and vendors to secure regulatory approvals.
Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy across transactions, with travel to project sites as required.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific group of sites and oversee site development activities, including leasing, permitting, and land use processing.
Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunication infrastructure.
Monitor and track progress on all open transactions, ensuring database data are current/accurate.
Interface with landlords and related agencies.
Drive vendors for jurisdictional approvals, including tracking and reviewing applications
Work closely with other work groups (e.g. transport, construction, etc.) to coordinate site development activities.
Coordinate with the engineering department to obtain information necessary for entitlement applications.
Supervise and monitor contractor's and vendor's work on-site, ensure work is performed in accordance.
Manage all site documentation pertaining to the site acquisition process and ensure all regulatory are met.
Min 1 year site acquisition in Tower / Telecommunication industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to read site plans and technical drawings.
Knowledge in flying drone is added advantage.
Able to work independently and travel to project sites when required.
