PERSOL is seeking an Associate Resourcer (Sales - Singapore Market) to drive recruitment services for the Singapore market. You will source and interview candidates to assess fit for roles, manage the end-to-end recruitment process from first interview to offer, and maintain an up-to-date candidate database while actively promoting jobs to new and existing candidates.

Formación

• Diploma holder and above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and recruitment sales mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recruitment services for Singapore Market.
• Source and interview candidates to determine their suitability based on job requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made.
• Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new/existing candidates.
