Job summary

Victory Travel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a result-driven professional to develop and grow its airline cargo business. You will build relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, cargo agents, consolidators and corporate customers to expand cargo sales and market presence.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, manage key accounts, monitor performance and ensure compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in airline cargo, GSA, cargo sales, airline operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore air cargo market.
• Existing relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, cargo agents or consolidators will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in cargo sales and business development.
• Good understanding of airline cargo rates, capacity, bookings and operational procedures.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Able to work independently and develop business from the ground up.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with airline cargo systems and IATA cargo procedures will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the company’s airline cargo business in Singapore.
• Develop relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, cargo agents, consolidators and corporate customers.
• Identify new cargo sales and business development opportunities.
• Develop and manage cargo sales strategies and customer accounts.
• Prepare cargo quotations, rate proposals and commercial offers.
• Monitor cargo sales, revenue, volume and performance.
• Develop a strong network within the Singapore air cargo and freight forwarding industry.
• Coordinate with airlines, cargo terminals, ground handlers and other relevant parties.
• Assist management in evaluating and pursuing potential airline GSA opportunities.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts and market analysis.
• Ensure cargo operations comply with applicable airline, airport and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer and operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and negotiations with industry partners.
