Job description

We are seeking a SimCorp Dimension Analyst to join a Functional Application Management team operating across Kuala Lumpur and Europe.

You will support and maintain the SimCorp Dimension application, including resolving application and batch-processing incidents, supporting end users, monitoring system performance and developing minor application components. Your primary objective will be to maintain a stable, reliable and sustainable application environment.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve SimCorp Dimension application incidents.

Maintain the SimCorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).

Troubleshoot and resolve batch-job incidents.

Provide functional and technical support to end users.

Perform user access and authorization management.

Monitor application and system performance.

Escalate data-delivery issues constructively to the appropriate internal or external teams.

Develop or enhance small application components when required.

Perform ongoing application maintenance activities.

Maintain and update system documentation, operating procedures and test data.

Collaborate with regional teams to support business operations effectively.

Required Technical Skills

Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension maintenance or support.

Experience using SQL.

Understanding of application support, incident management and batch-processing environments.

Experience Requirements

Applications are welcome across the following levels:

Junior: Up to 2 years of experience working with SimCorp Dimension.

Experienced: 2–6 years of experience working with SimCorp Dimension.

Senior: More than 6 years of experience working with SimCorp Dimension.

Experience within banking, financial services, asset management or insurance is preferred.

Academic Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
