Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking an IT operations professional to join our regional team in IOI City, Putrajaya. You will be responsible for solving application incidents, maintaining the SimCorp Dimension SOP, and addressing batch job incidents to ensure smooth operations for our institutional clients.

You will provide end-user support, manage authorizations, escalate issues appropriately, monitor systems, and maintain up-to-date documentation and test data.

Working Hours: 6AM – 2AM (3 Shift : 6AM – 3PM / 9AM – 6PM / 5PM – 2PM)
