Job summary

Creative Bliss Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for silkscreen printing. You will supervise daily operations, plan tasks for production operators, and ensure targets are met while maintaining quality.

The role demands leadership, knowledge of silkscreen processes, and ability to troubleshoot defects. You will coordinate with Quality and Production teams and uphold safety standards. Eligible candidates have min SPM/Certificate/Diploma and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in silkscreen printing or related manufacturing.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of silkscreen printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Experience in screen preparation, ink mixing, color matching, and machine setup.
• Troubleshoot printing defects and production issues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production schedules and meet daily production targets.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily silkscreen printing operations.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to production operators.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor printing quality and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Check screen preparation, ink mixing, color matching, and machine setup.
• Troubleshoot printing defects and resolve production issues.
• Conduct regular checks on machines, screens, and printing equipment.
• Train and guide operators on proper printing procedures and work methods.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments on production issues.
• Monitor material usage and minimize printing waste.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety within the production area.
• Prepare production and quality reports when required.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to company SOPs and quality standards.
