Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Mandarin speaker (spoken and written) required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with proactive attitude
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide product demonstrations to support informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean, organised showroom and visually appealing displays
• Assist with product displays and ensure inventory is well-stocked
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Meet individual and team sales targets consistently
• Support daily store operations as required
• Able to work on weekends with weekday off days
