Lilanz (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a friendly, multilingual sales associate in Kuala Lumpur to provide personalized product consultations, host guests, and drive store performance. You will recommend products, handle POS transactions, and maintain a neat shop floor while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication in Mandarin and English and Malay; weekend/public holiday shifts are expected, with on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu with excellent communication and a professional appearance.
• Proactive team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, especially in personalized one-to-one service.
• Comprehensive onboarding and on-the-job training will be provided.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• People-oriented with a positive mindset and strong customer service orientation.
• Friendly and eager to build good relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge.
• Host, welcome, and provide hospitality to guests.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Achieve outlet sales targets and performance metrics.
• Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to keep the store tidy.
• Operate POS cashier and handle various payment methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
