Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Showroom Operations Manager to lead sales and program initiatives across all showrooms in the region. You will oversee ambassador programs, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with Wing Heads, Area Managers, designers, and the COO to ensure showroom plans and launches are executed precisely.

The role requires 4-5 years in retail development, strong MS Office and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.
• 4-5 years’ experience, preferably in retail development field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, financial, and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all showroom sale & operation management and ambassador programs with target budgets.
• Manage showroom retail planning and development with COO approval and floor plans.
• Track RPD KPI and create weekly program reports for ongoing initiatives.
• Execute at least one process improvement idea per quarter as approved.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and related duties as assigned by Division Head & COO.
