Job summary

KK SUPER MART Segambut is looking for a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily store operations. You will handle receiving, checking, recording, and storing merchandise, and ensure shelves are well-organized, labeled, and displayed to store standards.

The role involves stock replenishment, customer service, and operating the POS system. Flexible hours including weekends may be required; SPM or equivalent is expected with 1–3 years of retail experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree holders are welcome.
• 1–3 years of retail or store operations experience preferred.
• Experience in supervising staff or leading a small team is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth running.
• Receive, check, record, and store merchandise; arrange and display.
• Conduct stock replenishment and assist with inventory activities.
• Maintain product labeling and store standards; ensure cleanliness.
• Operate POS systems and related equipment safely.
• Open/close store activities when required; assist customers.
• Report stock discrepancies, equipment issues, and incidents to relevant personnel.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
