Job summary

House of A'S Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and motivated local staff member to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will welcome customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean dining area. Training for shisha preparation will be provided.

The ideal candidate shows strong communication, is punctual, honest and works well in a team. Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, responsible and well-presented.
• Willing to learn new skills, including shisha preparation.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and serve food and drinks.
• Prepare tables and keep the dining area clean and organised.
• Learn how to prepare and set up shisha (hookah) under the guidance of our team.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Follow hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
