The role also includes cashier duties and handling payments, refunds, and exchanges, with ongoing support during busy periods. Training provided. 5.5 days a week with OT wages.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Keep dining area clean and tables reset promptly
• Assist in setup/closing: condiments, restocking, cleaning
• Address inquiries and concerns politely and timely
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and service quality standards
• Process transactions: cash, card, and mobile payments
• Handle returns, exchanges and refunds per policies
• Maintain organized cashier station
• Support other front-of-house duties during busy periods
