Job summary

Glassmansion KL is seeking a friendly and responsible bartender to join our bar and lounge team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will confidently prepare drinks, provide attentive service and maintain a clean, organized bar.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, assisting with shisha when required, setting up and restocking, and ensuring hygiene and safety procedures are followed. Evening and late-night shifts, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer requests.

Provide friendly, professional service and handle customer enquiries.

Set up the bar before service and restock drinks, garnishes and supplies.

Assist with shisha preparation and service, if required.

Keep the bar, equipment and work areas clean and organised throughout the shift.

Complete closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Follow hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.

Assist with stock checks and report shortages to the manager.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work evening and late-night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Reliable, well-presented and able to work as part of a team.

Willing to help with cleaning and closing duties.

Shisha experience is an advantage.
