Job summary

AfterDark KL, a Shisha Lounge / Café in Kuala Lumpur, is hiring a Kitchen & Beverage Crew member to support kitchen operations, prepare beverages, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience across the outlet.

You will assist with prep, make mocktails, keep the kitchen and beverage station clean, and help during busy periods while engaging with guests. Training is provided, and a friendly, flexible attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly and able to talk to customers.
• Willing to learn kitchen and beverage prep.
• Responsible and a good team player.
• Flexible and adaptable to outlet needs.
• F&B experience is a plus but training provided.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Assist with kitchen preparation and simple food preparation

Prepare mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen & beverage station

Assist the team during busy periods

Help out around the outlet and engage with customers when the kitchen is quiet

Help attract and welcome customers into AfterDark when required

Support other general outlet duties when there are no food or beverage orders

About you

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking to customers

Willing to learn kitchen and beverage preparation

Responsible and able to work as part of a team

Flexible and willing to help wherever needed

Experience in F&B is an advantage, but training can be provided
