Job summary

Luxury Prudence Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Officer to manage end-to-end shipping operations, from import/export to local deliveries.

You will prepare shipping documents, liaise with freight forwarders and customs officers, and ensure timely clearance and delivery. The role requires 2–3 years in shipping or logistics, knowledge of Malaysian customs, and strong coordination and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of shipping or logistics operations experience.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and Malaysian customs procedures.
• Familiar with freight booking, customs clearance and 3PL.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and E10/logistic software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirements
