Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operative to load and unload consignments, move goods within the factory, and ensure accurate handling in line with GDP and QA standards.

You will identify and segregate products, maintain organized storage, ensure proper documentation, report non-conformances, and support safety and housekeeping across the site.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload consignment from trucks and move goods within the factory.
• Identify and segregate products per quality procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure that documentation and records for each consignment are adequate, accurate and comply with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) prior to release.
• Report any non-conformance found on products upon receipt, during storage, after processing and prior shipment to the immediate supervisor and on hold as necessary.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse to maximize usable space and ensure all batches of consignments to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified.
• Comply fully with company rules, QA procedures and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the site.
• Perform any reasonable request by superior in respect of the efficient running of the site.
• Maintain a tidy and clean personal appearance.
