Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a contract-style testing technician to support product development testing and characterization. You will operate advanced equipment, coordinate test plans, and monitor lab environments to ensure high-quality results for Intel products.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
Proficiency in basic computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
Experience in testing backend equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools, or operating testers is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Operate advanced testing equipment, including Stand Alone Tester, OLB, and LSM, for product validation and characterization.
Coordinate execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests to ensure compliance with established standards.
Maintain and manage lab environments, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or operational issues and address them promptly.
Record and maintain accurate data logs during testing and prepare detailed reports of test results.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to test programs, materials, or product performance.
