Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team during assigned shifts.

• Process orders using POS and handle cash or digital payments correctly.
• Upsell combos, add-ons, or promotions to maximize sales.
• Assemble and serve orders meeting quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and dining areas.
• Manage stock levels and perform stock counts; monitor expiry dates.
• Train and coach crew members on policies and performance expectations.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are completed and premises are secured.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
