You will identify continuous improvement training needs, participate in documentation audits for the processing department, and support ad-hoc projects assigned by your superior.

Qualifications

• Supervise a group of processing lab analysts to ensure work follows procedures for production and quality requirements.
• Review records to ensure accurate data capture for continual improvement analysis.
• Initiate corrective actions when nonconformities are identified to keep downstream work compliant.
• Identify and organize continuous improvement training to uplift junior staff performance.
• Attend documentation audits for the processing department and follow up on audit findings.

Responsabilités

• Lead the processing lab team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor and review production records for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive corrective actions and track effectiveness of improvements.
• Coordinate training needs and support ad-hoc projects from superiors.
