Job summary

You will drive defect reduction, monitor FPY and quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in QC/people management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of QC/people management experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QC inspection activities including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Lead, coach, and manage QC inspectors to ensure effective execution of quality inspection requirements.
• Allocate manpower and inspection resources based on production requirements and priorities.
• Ensure inspection activities are completed according to work instructions, control plans, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Review and verify inspection results, quality records, and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Process, and Quality teams on CAPA.
• Monitor quality performance metrics including defect rates, FPY, scrap, and rework trends.
