Shell Malaysia invites graduates to join a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders through on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations and personalized coaching.

The role will be based in Malaysia at multiple sites including Miri, Sunway Square, Menara Shell and Bintulu, with start dates in May and November 2027. You will work with experienced colleagues on meaningful energy projects and receive coaching to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Graduated before start date (Bachelor/Master/PhD).
• Final year of study or <3 years relevant work experience.
• Leadership presence and involvement in team environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
