SD Guthrie Berhad in Sabah invites Malaysian graduates to join its PROTÉGÉ Programme for Feb 2027 intake, a 1-year training across departments including Regional Office, R&D, Mills Operations and Plantation Operations.

The programme offers 1-week leadership training, on-the-job training, Individual Development Plan, Medical & Insurance Coverage and Annual & Sick Leave. Eligible are degree holders with CGPA 2.7 and who are currently unemployed.

Qualifications

• Malaysian graduates from local and international universities who are currently unemployed.
• Degree holder in the below field of studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.7: Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Science, Plantation Management, Plant Science, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Bio Engineering, Human Resources, Business & Administrative, Accounting.

Responsibilities
