Job summary

SD Guthrie International (Bintulu) invites Malaysian graduates to join its PROTÉGÉ Programme for the February 2027 intake. This 1-year on-the-job training spans several departments including Refinery/Fractionation, Logistics, Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Control, HSE, Kernel Crushing Plant, and Accounts.

Successful candidates will gain leadership training, an Individual Development Plan, and medical & insurance coverage, with annual and sick leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Malaysian graduates who are currently unemployed.
• Degree holders in one of the listed fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.7.
• Submit resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.

Responsibilities

• 1-year on-the-job training across multiple departments (Refinery/Fractionation, Logistics, Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Control, HSE, Kernel Crushing Plant, Accounts).
• Engage in leadership development activities and complete the Individual Development Plan.
