Shell Malaysia invites graduates to join a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders through on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations and personalized coaching.

The role will be based in Malaysia at multiple sites including Miri, Sunway Square, Menara Shell and Bintulu, with start dates in May and November 2027. You will work with experienced colleagues on meaningful energy projects and receive coaching to grow your career.

The role will be based in Miri / Sunway Square / Menara Shell / Bintulu. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are May / November 2027.

The Shell Graduate Programme equips you with the essential tools to enhance your leadership skills and achieve your full potential through a combination of on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations, and personalized coaching.

Eligibility

• You are required to have graduated (Bachelors / Masters / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.
• To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
• Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
