Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage sheet metal workshop operations for injection molding machinery production. You will oversee scheduling, quality control, and safety, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing.

You will lead 10–50 staff, coordinate with Engineering and Warehouse, implement 5S, and drive continuous improvement using cost and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in sheet metal workshop management.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical sheet metal drawings.
• Proficient in laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating processes.
• Experienced in leading teams of 10–50 employees.
• Strong understanding of quality control, cost management, and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end sheet metal production based on orders.
• Manage production scheduling, capacity, and progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead root cause analysis to reduce defects and scrap.
• Implement 5S and organize material storage.
• Prepare daily production and quality reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Assembly to support production.
