Job summary

Humanetics Precision Metal Fabrication (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to establish and maintain inspection standards and manage all in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality compliance.

The role includes leading continuous improvement initiatives, investigating quality incidents, supervising inspection staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality across production. Mandarin communication with clients is required.

• Lead and oversee all in-process and final inspection activities to ensure product quality compliance.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives through data analysis, corrective actions, and customer feedback management.
• Investigate quality incidents and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop the performance and skills of inspection personnel.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective quality control throughout production.
• Organize regular quality meetings and promote continuous improvement activities.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
• Participate in cross-functional training as required by management.
• Accept work assignments and role adjustments directed by management.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Able to communicate in mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
