China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) professional to assist the Safety Manager on project sites in Kapar. You will help implement SHE requirements, perform inspections and ensure compliance with the OSH Act and local regulations.

You will develop and maintain safety plans, conduct training, attend meetings, identify risks and propose practical solutions while ensuring workers’ welfare and regulatory fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Must possess Yellow Book certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist Safety Manager/Officer on SHE matters for project sites.
• Ensure SHE system compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Perform site inspections and audits to ensure safety rules are observed.
• Ensure activities comply with OSH Act and local authorities.
• Maintain and improve safety plans and records.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct SHE training and programs.
• Attend project Safety and Health meetings.
• Identify risks and propose practical, cost-effective safety solutions.
• Attend to workers' amenities and welfare as required.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by Management.
