Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Safety Engineer or similar in construction.
• Proven track record implementing safety management systems.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with supervisor interaction.
• Mandarin and English proficiency preferred for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Develop, implement and maintain safety management systems and procedures.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure site compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to promote safety culture.
• Maintain detailed records related to site safety activities and performance.
