Job summary

Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking a Safety Health - Environment (SHE) Executive to implement and monitor OSH programs, conduct inspections, lead incident investigations and coordinate SHC activities at our Pulau Indah site in Port Klang.

You will plan and deliver OSH training, manage health exposure controls, oversee chemical safety, and support internal/external audits while reporting on SHES performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum a tertiary education preferably in OSH/Environment or any relevant courses.
• Added value if have professional certificate/competency (SHO, OSH-C, SW Handler).
• 1 year in logistics specializing in Transportation will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Ability to work with all levels of people to achieve cultural change.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) programs in accordance with company requirements, applicable Malaysian legislation and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety monitoring, including HIRARC review, PPE compliance, unsafe act/unsafe condition monitoring and follow up of corrective actions.
• Lead and support incident/accident investigations, including identification of root causes, corrective actions and monitoring of CAPA closure.
• Coordinate Safety & Health Committee (SHC) activities, including workplace inspections, meetings, findings follow-up and maintenance of SHC records.
• Plan and conduct OSH awareness and training programs, including ERP, chemical safety, noise, first aid and other safety-related training based on workplace risks.
• Manage occupational health and exposure control programs, including CHRA, NRA, ERA, exposure monitoring, medical surveillance and audiometric programs.
• Manage chemical safety requirements, including chemical registers, SDS, chemical handling requirements and related compliance activities.
• Monitor contractor safety and Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance, including contractor induction, documentation and site monitoring.
• Coordinate statutory and regulatory compliance activities, including relevant DOSH/JKKP submissions, myKKP and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, including OSHWA and ISO audits, preparation of documents/evidence and monitoring closure of audit findings.
• Monitor emergency preparedness and fire safety, including emergency drills, emergency equipment inspections, fire system inspections and fire extinguisher certification.
• Prepare and monitor SHES performance reporting, including monthly KPI, compliance status, action trackers and management reports
