Job summary

Infinity Group of Companies – Pulau Indah, Selangor, is seeking a Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Senior Executive. You will develop and implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead risk management to safeguard workers and the environment.

The role also includes acting as secretary for meetings, planning strategic plans, and driving safety campaigns to foster a culture of safety and sustainability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational, Safety & Health; Environmental Science; Industrial Hygiene; Public health; or OSH certifications.
• 5–7 years experience in handling safety and health matters.
• Firefighter experience is an added value.
• OYB CePSWaM and OYB CePIESTO competency is an advantage.
• MyKKP and eSWIS experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SHE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and address gaps.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
• Act as secretary during meetings: prepare minutes and track action items.
• Plan annual departmental strategic master plan and training calendar.
• Design campaigns to raise safety and sustainability awareness.
