Job summary

Michael Page seeks an IT Consultant specialized in SharePoint Online and collaboration tools in Malaysia. You will administer SharePoint Online environments and lead migrations, with responsibilities spanning governance, security, and user adoption.

The role involves stakeholder collaboration, training material creation, and post-migration support. Hands-on experience with ShareGate and Teams governance is essential, as is the ability to manage incidents and drive improvements across technology

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin of SharePoint Online environments with a focus on stability and security.
• Experience leading data migration projects with minimal business disruption.
• Understanding of governance, retention policies and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SharePoint Online and related collaboration tools.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials and procedures.
• Plan data migration activities including mapping, ETL and validation.
• Implement security measures, access controls and authentication setups.
• Lead migration projects using ShareGate and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support Microsoft Teams administration, governance and troubleshooting.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management initiatives.
• Respond to incidents per SLA and contribute to continuous improvement.
