Job summary

Avensys is a reputed global IT services company serving the ASEAN market from Kuala Lumpur. The ServiceNow Solution Lead is a mid‑level contributor within the Enterprise Service Management practice, owning the solution design and scope during pursuit and coordinating with delivery teams to validate feasibility and estimates.

The role collaborates with a senior KL solutioner, designs modules ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, builds demos and PoVs, and maps service workflows beyond IT into HR and facilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and solution design experience.
• ServiceNow CSA, active, and demonstrated module design experience.
• Experience owning design on a pursuit and delivering demos/PoVs.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow solution design and scope on assigned ESM pursuits across the ASEAN market.
• Collaborate with the senior KL solutioner for design guidance and escalation support on complex pursuits.
• Design ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules to meet customer needs.
• Build and deliver tailored ServiceNow demonstrations and PoV environments.
• Map service workflows beyond IT into HR, facilities, and shared services.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into designs.
• Produce design documents, scope definitions, and technical specs.
