Job summary

Encora Inc. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a ServiceNow developer to design, develop, and maintain forms, catalogs, and workflows within ServiceNow. You will configure modules such as Change Management and Service Catalog, build catalog items, and integrate with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.

Work with DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams to automate operational processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices and security standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Change Management and Service Catalog.
• Ability to build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, and dynamic forms.
• Experience with Flow Designer and scripting for workflows.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams to automate processes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Adhere to best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations.
