DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya is seeking a Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer (Technical Lead) to design, build, and evolve enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead technical design and development of custom applications, driving innovation while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

You will work with App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations to deliver modern digital

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Experience building applications with UI Builder, Workspaces, and Employee Center.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data modeling.
• Advanced JavaScript development skills and ServiceNow scripting framework experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Design and implement workflow solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and custom components.
• Design modern user experiences using UI Builder, Workspaces, Employee Center, and Service Portal.
• Create reusable UI components and experiences aligned with business requirements.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Support mobile-first and employee-centric experiences using ServiceNow low-code capabilities.
