Vinfaat Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor is seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain and repair our water pumps. You will diagnose issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and provide on-site support to clients.

Mansioni

About the role

Vinfaat Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Service Technician to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art water pumps, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you’ll be doing

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water pumps, identifying the root cause of problems

Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on water pumps, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing components as needed

Liaise with clients to understand their concerns and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain accurate records of all service activities and provide detailed reports to the management team

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve service quality

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery
