Job summary

Guan Kee Machinery & Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated Service Technicians / Service Engineers to join our technical team in Malaysia. The role involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery such as CNC presses, shearing and laser cutting machines.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering is required; 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair machinery independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery (CNC press brakes, shearing, laser cutting).
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and submit daily service reports.
• Provide technical support and basic machine training to customers.
• Attend service jobs at customer sites, including outstation assignments.
• Work with the service team and follow safety procedures.

Guan Kee Machinery & Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for motivated Service Technicians / Service Engineers to join our technical team.

We welcome both experienced technicians and fresh graduates who are interested in industrial machinery servicing and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including CNC press brakes, shearing machines and laser cutting machines.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.

Perform machine installation, testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance.

Prepare and submit daily service reports.

Provide technical support and basic machine training to customers.

Attend service jobs at customer sites, including outstation assignments.

Work closely with the service team and follow safety procedures.

About You

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experienced candidates: At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery independently.

Fresh graduates: Welcome to apply. Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn are essential.

Able to understand electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

Experience with CNC machinery, AutoCAD or forklift operation is an added advantage.

Possess a valid driving licence and able to drive a manual vehicle.

Willing to travel outstation when required.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsible, hardworking, good teamwork and willing to learn new technologies.
