Job summary

TalentConsult is seeking a skilled on-site technical technician for Klang Valley to visit customer locations, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide on-site support. The role requires travel within assigned service areas and maintaining company service records.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, own vehicle with valid driving licence, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM, Diploma or degree and above.
• 1–2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Own vehicle and Malaysian driving licence.
• Willing to travel extensively within service areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their locations to diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot product problems and perform repairs.
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning of products.
• Provide on-site technical support and update results in system.
• Complete service jobs according to procedures.

• Valid Malaysian Driving Licence

• Vehicle must be legally registered, insured and properly maintained.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Important – GDL Requirement

Klang Valley technicians MUST have a valid GDL licence as they will be required to drive the company's van/lorry.
