Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a field technician to visit customer locations, diagnose product issues, and perform on-site repairs across Klang Valley. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant technical experience, own vehicle, valid Malaysian driving licence with GDL where required, and willingness to travel extensively. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.

- Willing to travel extensively within assigned service areas.
- Vehicle must be legally registered, insured and properly maintained.
- Klang Valley technicians MUST have a valid GDL licence.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their locations.
- Diagnose product issues and perform troubleshooting.
- Carry out repair, maintenance and cleaning of products.
- Provide on-site technical support.
- Complete service jobs according to company procedures.
- Update service results accurately in the company's internal system.

SPM / Diploma / Degree and above
