Job summary

Dailieng in Malaysia is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site and outstation repair work, complete service reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will lead small teams, plan working and travel time, and provide preventive maintenance guidance while keeping the HOD and customers updated. This role requires independent handling of repairs and strong time management to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out any job assigned by company, workshop daily operation and outstation repair jobs.
• Prepare full and completed service report, Machine Repair Report (MRR) and any related document for company and customer.
• Independently handle all the repair and maintenance job.
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures to customers.
• Report and update the status of repair or troubleshoot to HOD and customer from time to time.
• Act as Team Leader for small team during job arrangement.
• Plan and manage the working time and travelling time according to standard working hour setting.
